Choosing a vehicle
How we match your load to a vehicle
You never have to guess which vehicle to book. Give us a short description of your goods and we will make sure the vehicle that arrives can carry everything in one trip.
We size the vehicle
We check your load against each vehicle's payload, load space and pallet capacity, then recommend the smallest vehicle that fits it comfortably.
One dedicated vehicle
Your consignment travels in a single vehicle straight from collection to delivery, with no hubs and no sorting in between.

Loading, access and safe handling
A smooth collection is mostly about the details you give us in advance. These are the things that help us arrive prepared.
Loading and unloading
Let us know whether anyone at either end can help lift, or whether the vehicle needs to do the work itself. Where a load needs it, we send a vehicle with a tail lift so pallets and heavy items can be lowered safely to the ground.
Access at each address
Narrow streets, loading bays, underground car parks, restricted sites or specific time windows? Mention them when you book so the right vehicle and route can be planned from the start.
Fragile and high value goods
Tell us what your goods are worth when you book. We will confirm your Goods in Transit cover for the job and handle fragile items with the care they need.
Keeping you informed
You get updates as your job progresses, from collection through to delivery, with confirmation once your consignment has arrived.

Can you help with loading and unloading?
Tell us when you book what you need at each end. We will plan the collection and delivery around your requirements, including vehicles with a tail lift where one is needed.
Can a delivery include more than one stop?
Yes. If your job involves several drop offs or a collection on the way, describe the route when you request your quote and we will plan it and price it for you.
What is Goods in Transit cover?
Goods in Transit cover protects your goods while they are being transported. Our cover is up to £100,000, subject to the policy terms, conditions and exclusions. Tell us the value of your goods when you book and we will confirm cover for your job.
